Who are we looking for?

- Several years of relevant work experience in the food or similar (process) industry is a plus
- Affinity with automation and control technology
- Careful attention to a hygienic production process and the associated tasks

What will you do?
As a Process Operator at Kaasmakerij Ozgazi, you work in a highly automated factory where an average of 400-500 tons of milk is processed daily. We produce a wide range of dairy products, including white cheese, combi cheese, kashkaval cheese, yogurt, and ayran. Soon, we will expand our product range with the production of butter.
You will start at one of our production workstations and work closely with your colleagues to produce these various products. After thorough onboarding, you will be responsible for a specific part of the production process. Our modern factory is characterized by a high level of automation and complexity. You monitor the production process and ensure efficient and accurate operation. You also closely monitor quality parameters and act quickly and adequately in the event of malfunctions.
In addition to your regular tasks, you will participate in projects focused on product quality, production processes, and efficiency. Continuous improvement is in your DNA, and quality-conscious actions come naturally to you. You will report directly to the shift leader.
